Classy Hotel Erbil

The room was comfortable, but the payment process was confusing and costly.

The stuff was attentive and decent, the accommodation was perfect and fairly clean. The restaurant here was good with a nice bar, we both ordered tasty dishes. There was comfortable bed & a large bathroom. The location was favourable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Syriac Heritage Museum.

Free child cots were unavailable despite confirmation!!! Payment methods are confusing and lead to unexpected price hikes!!! Spa and pool closures can be disappointing for travelers!!! First impressions can be misleading during check-in!!!

Stayed in the Business Suite for two weeks. The room offered a comfortable environment. Daily housekeeping kept everything clean, and the amenities worked well. Breakfast featured a wide array of options. While some Western items were missing, cereals and fruits helped bridge the gap. I enjoyed the hotel's great location in Ankawa, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The breakfast items could use a refresh to cater to international tastes. The spa and pool were also closed , disappointing. The hotel provided good value and service.

The units are nicely furnished, beautiful on the air-conditioning. There is a coffee & tea making machines, fridges, and glassware.

The accommodations are excellent, with perfectly maintained rooms and a really good breakfast buffet that changes daily, with options. I was especially impressed by the inviting ambiance of the hotel, particularly the rooftop area that boasts fine views and a great atmosphere for socializing. The staff members were helpful.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a lovely bar/lounge area, and a great restaurant. On my first stay, the staff helped me with sim cards, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a weekend getaway.
